Life can be very, very difficult sometimes - mine certainly is right now. I think though, that if my perception was that I am "fighting life", that would make the situations in my life seem even MORE difficult.

What seems to have helped for me is dividing the problems I'm dealing with at any given moment into the problems I CAN control and problems I have no control over. Right now, the things I can't control greatly outnumber the ones that I can. But, even if there was only one thing in my life I had control over, I would throw myself 100% into that one thing.

Considering the alternative, even though it's difficult, we just have to hang in there and deal with what life throws at us until things get better.

don't give up on life, god has loved you with an everlasting love (Jeremiah 5:8) i suggest that you try following the teachings of Jesus the Christ that is if your not already doing so , i have a hard time with life sometimes to but one thing that i do is use some deep medatation cd's from http://www.centerpoint.com here is a post of mine that was posted to answer some other persons question (i copied and pasted ) i have been using some deep medatation cd's that have helped me a lot thay couse a bunch of issues to surface though i think it is so that you are faced with it and you can overcome the issue, the instructions for the program say to use the cd's every day but i think that it is only good idea to do this for the first six weeks of the program and then to use them at your own pace of maybe two or three times a week at least for me anyway, the company is called centerpoint http://www.centerpointe.com also take a look at this website this stuff is very costly though http://www.biocybernaut.com/ ,for the depressoin i suggest changing your diet, drink a lot of clean bottled water (my guess is that you drink cofee and soda all day, you want to take these things out of your diet for sure and smoking) include MINERALS (the sports one is flavored or else i think that there are others that are flavored) AND EFA dietary supplements from a company called American Longevity, phone#1-800-982-3189 2400 Boswell Road, chula vista, California 91914 also you should be careful about the amount of the mineral supplements do not exceed more then one tablespoon a day, also don't forget about vitamins, the vitamin product that i use is called E 7 (essential seven, my family is well acquainted with the doctor that started the company his name is Dr. William R Kellas, PH.D.) the telephone number is 1(888) 737-7307 i would take only one half of one scoop a day . if you do some study about what exactly it is that all of these different vitamins and minerals PURPOSE INSIDE OR BODY'S is you will probably figure out that they can help to elevate ALMOST all symptoms of ill health, there is a audio tape about minerals called "dead doctors don't lie" call 1800-982-3189 to order.

Why are you fighting it? It's life. Everyone has to deal with it--no one is exempt. Good things, bad things. No, at times it's not fair. Bad things do happen to good people for no apparent reason. But you still have to go with the flow. If you just keep fighting it, you are going to have a miserable life. Is that what you want? To be perpetually miserable?

Who are you fighting with? It is just yourself......
You have to have a life goal to be happy...work on that and things will get better....Positive thinking will help too...
“He who has conquered doubt and fear has conquered failure.” - As A Man Thinketh

I have come to believe that the greatest diseases of mankind are doubt and fear. That is not to lessen the seriousness of some of our other afflictions, but doubt and fear rob more people of more life than all the other diseases of the world put together.

Why do I think they are diseases? Well they are acquired, we were not born with them. They are communicable - much of the time, they are passed from one person to the next. But clearer is the Merriam-Webster dictionary which says a disease is "a condition of the living animal...that impairs normal functioning." Sounds like fear and doubt to me.

Doubt keeps us from going for the promotion that we certainly would have gotten had we gone for it; from asking for the big order that the next person got because they asked; from making positive and long lasting changes in our life because they "rock the boat."

Fear causes us to make weak and irrational decisions that sell out our future for the sake of today. It takes our happiness, our sleep, our very life.

In her outstanding book, Conquer Fear!, Lisa Jimenez lists "The Seven Truths" that can help us overcome fear:

”Truth #1
Fear is the dominant problem in your life today.

Truth #2

Fear is a gift that was instilled in you as a means of protection and a way to bring you closer to God.

Truth #3

When you run from or deny your fear, you leave the gift unopened.

Truth #4
When your fear of success or fear of failure is exposed, you break through their control over you.

Truth #5

Your belief system is the driving force behind your behaviors and your results.

Truth #6

Your everyday habits are broadcasting your belief system, your fear, and your unmet needs loud and clear.

Truth #7
Change your beliefs and you change your behaviors.
Change your behaviors and you change your results.
Change your results and you change your life.”

And that is worth thinking about.

"Life is what happens while you're busy making other plans" John Lennon

Don't "fight" it. If you are talking about bills and jobs and all that goes with that...just remember all those are temporary. Bills get paid, or don't...jobs change, living arrangements change etc.. Relationships with your family, mom dad brothers sisters sons daughters, are forever and are worth the "fight". Being a kind person is also worth the "fight", it's not always easy but it is always important.

Yea of course, who isn't tired of fighting life day after day, it gets sickening and ridiculous but that's how life is unfortunately. but there are times when i just want to give up and not try to do well just suck at everything that i do, but then i honestly think and think well that wouldn't help out too much then i just learn for next time to do it better or make things in life a bit easier, or if its the drama with people then separate and find new people.

I Hope This Helps.:-/

Don't worry about things that you can not do anything about just worry about the things that you can. I spent alot of years "fighting life" but now I am the happiest I have ever been. Good luck
You will get through this.

We all have good days and bad days. Take a deep breath like we all have to do from time to time... take a walk in the countryside - go and help with some disabled kids; enrol as a hospital volunteer; go the beach and paddle in the water... smile at people... life can be pretty good by just doing some simple things.
Remember that your friends and family love you.

Once I found out that a lot of my physical problems and some of my mental outlook was due to a blood sugar imbalance (hypoglycemia) and started doing something about it, life got to be less of a battle.

If you don't know about low blood sugar, check out www.hufa.org, especially the symptoms link. It may change life from a battle into a rainbow.
