Not exactly, these two vehicles fall under totally different categories: namely the LMV (Light Motor Vehicle) and MC w/g(Motor Cycle with gear). And riding a two-wheeler is not quite the same as being at the wheel of an SUV or a car, so qualifying to ride both will require you to take tests for both vehicles. Just an LMV will not do. Tests can be taken at one go.
Of course, most people tend to ignore this. They've realised it too late when they're hauled up by the cops. :-)

4 Wheel Drive is the best... though All Wheel Drive is basically the same thing. Either of those beats front or rear wheel drive. Those people up top don't know what they are talking about. If you have 4 wheels providing the power then you have better ability to stay on the road. I live in Colorado and it is very, very icy here. My car is 4wd, my friend has front wheel drive... he can go half as fast as me and still be sliding out everywhere while I'm going twice as fast with no problems at all.

In California you must have a motorcycle license to operate a motorcycle. You must also wear a helmet. This will be an endorsement added to your CDL. If you apply for the license within 30 days of expiration of your existing CDL, and you have no tickets, you will only have to take the motorcycle portion of the test. That would be a written test and a driving test. If you apply outside the thirty day period, you will have to pay for and take both a written CDL test, a motorcycle written test and a motorcycle driving test. Both are simple tests but don't forget your helmet. If you haven't been a rider, may I suggest a course that teaches motorcycle riding skills. It is quite dangerous on the road and every little bit helps! I have been riding for forty years and recently gave up my bike because of the craziness on the highway. Good Luck!

No. You need a motorcycle license for anything with less than 4 wheels.

No. U will have to get a learners license, appear dor a test and get a permenant two wheeler license. The test is simple. Generally, they ask u to ride the bike like figure 8, without putting your feet on the ground.
