i miss him alot, he smiles at me always i smile back
he is nice
he cares about me
he gets mad when i ignore/avoid him. same thing with me
i feel shy when we talk alone
my heart beats fast when i c him
i get mad when i see him talkng to another gurl.
i feel like hugging him always but still i cant c him as a lover. help!!

When you're truly in love, you don't have to ask... :)
Sounds like puppy love, and a strong case of it, typical and normal for your age. Maybe you can't see him as a lover because you're not old/mature enough to take that step yet. If he feels the same way you could start dating and see what developes.

Oh my god you people need to grow up with your bad advice.
You cannot be in love with someone you've known for 2 months. Period. Sure it sounds like you like him but that is not love. Has he asked you out yet? If not, ask him. And don't worry whether you can SEE him as a 'lover' you're getting way ahead of reality.
Fact: you have a crush on him, and he treats you as a friend. Go from there.

You are definitely in love. Just remember there's a big difference between being in love and actually loving somebody. Being in love is a first step, don't rush it or get carried away thinking he's totally perfect, just have fun and enjoy the feeling!

...but holy crap, you're a little too toung to be all caught up in this type of stuff. You can't see him as a lover because you're not attracted to him. There's nothing to be confused about.
