Anybody know about the brand Litton they make a "Simmer Pot", it's a clay/ceramic crock type pot. I was wondering if there are specific recipes for a pot like this.

just put either chicken, beef or pork roast in it, season it and cook it in the oven for about 6 hours at 225 to 250 degrees. Do no preheat the oven :-)

Its microwavable...you can make mac and cheese and stews inside the microwave..or reheat dishes with them.
