Depends on what your native tongue is. In absolute terms, Basque and Navajo are about as difficult as they come. As spoken languages, Icelandic and Czech are quite difficult.

I don't know if there is a common "hardest" language to learn. I mean it depends on your native language. If you speak Spanish, it will be easier for you to learn another Romantic language (Italian, French, Romanian, or Portuguese) easier than it would be to learn a Germanic language. For English speakers, I would say, this is just my guess, is that Chinese, Japanese, Arabic, Russian and Easter European languages are the hardest to learn. But, that's just my opinion!

All languages have some hard parts and some easy parts. For example, English pronunciation is difficult, while its grammar is relatively straightforward. Russian has all kinds of case marking to worry about. Chinese has very complicated pronunciation. And so forth.
