my wife is being treated for cancer and cannot work. she worked in connecticut which has no workers diability?

program. we live in new york state. can she file for workers disability in new york state?

Why not file for Social Security disability. Have her call 1-800-772-1213 to see if she qualifies.

Please try to file in New York. It is a shame what this country's health care is lacking. Disability should not be something that your wife should have to fight for. God bless her.
