A 1" thick Ribeye cooked medium. Preferably mesquite grilled with a loaded baked potato and a nice crisp salad. The ribeye has very good marbling of fat with the meat and usually is very tender. To be honest, I love all steak cuts, but the Ribeye is my favorite.

A New York strip steak, marinated in a blend of Worchestershire sauce, water, sugar, minced onion and garlic, then grilled until medium well. Toss a little A-1 sauce and some grilled mushrooms, peppers, and onions on that, and you've got some mighty fine eating.
