Hey supernerd, thanks for the offer but this is the tagline of a fave movie of mine. The movie is from the 70's (older than me!) but I was wondering how true these words were in today's society.

Yes because you should say what you mean and mean what you say. When you say you're sorry then you are doubting yourself right?

well Love MEANS you have 2 say sorry when u really are. saying sorry is apologizing 4 something bad, rude or mean u did 2 someone u love. love its a feeling u can't decide to feel or not. and when u r really in love the SORRY part just comes out by it self when its true.

i do no longer think of the word is precise. people who love one yet another could be prepared to assert they're sorry because of the fact they're going to finally end up hurting one yet another faster or later in life. truthfully everyone seems to be imperfect, it is going to ensue. the version is people who love one yet another p.c. to ideal the errors. in spite of the undeniable fact that, in case you in no way say you're sorry for wrongs you have dedicated to somebody you like, does no longer it harm the have confidence you 2 have built up? i might amend the word to assert "Love is often being prepared to assert you're sorry and continually forgiving whilst your buddy wrongs you."

Well....
Love means being able to say sorry....and not feeling small or any less strong having said that...!!!
A mistake is a mistake and always possible that one of the partners makes one....And if ur understanding with yr partner is good either he understands that u are sorry or u say it....!! Either ways the misunderstanding stands resolved.....and u are on yr way again..!!

I love someone and I always say I'm sorry.
It depends on whether or not you are sorry, the person you love deserves an apology when called for.

Never saying you're sorry means that you never make any mistakes. "I'm sorry" can be as much a part of love as "I love you" is. The context of never having to say you're sorry is that your partner knows you so well and is such a part of you that they understand.

No, love is about admitting your mistakes and then striving to be better tomorrow than you were today, etc. Whoever told you this lies through their teeth.
