yes. G-d says several times that he is the G-d of all people. in biblical times, in the temple the hebrews had to sacrifice 70 offerings of well-being representing each of the 70 nations of the known world at the time, many of whom would have not believed in the jewish religion, indicating that G-d hears them too and cares about them.

There is an old song, I think by Tina Turner, which says "What's Love Got To Do With It?"
My answer is: "What's Religion Got To Do With It?"
I answer you as the Oracles of God that God is touched with the feeling of every man's infirmities. Still today we have well entered the very darkest period of human history, despite the explosion of human knowledge.
People are told and believe, that if their religion is right they are granted a right relationship with God. The fact is that God has and always does look upon the heart and that alone.
It is primarily the teachings of religions that have separated men from God. The leaders of religion would rather have followers and adherents than make the truth known. "We are the truth. Come to us and you have come to God,." they say. They sleep in the same bed while mankind sleeps in the cold.
God looks upon the heart. He works directly with us even when we have no understanding. All mankind lives this hour under the covering of the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ. The Lord Jesus is no respecter of persons and is present in every hope.
If men only knew this they would not buy into lies or turn their hopes to lust. And they would have faith enough in a loving God; to know they are heard and to find a way of escape.

God hears the cries of everyone who deserves to be heard. Being religious is no achievement whasoever. Just as believing in any other dogma is not an achievement. God judges you and everyone else on what he sees they carry within their hearts and how they act in their every day life. An atheist with a pure mind, good intent ,and clean hands is closer to God that a religious fanatic whose heart is filled with hate, and whose actions reflect nothing but greed.
Read "Rational Spirituality" on the Dhaxem website. It is a fast growing knowledge about God and the Universe shared by the thinking people. It will replace all religions sooner than you think, by the sheer power of its logical argument and by the fairness of its concept. It is the Truth about God.

God hears the cries of all of His children, whether they accept Him or not. But it is free will for that non-Christian to seek out God for help and guidance. He is not going to force anyone to come to Him. Does not mean He has stopped loving you, but at some point you have to make a choice.
**********************************************************************
Why Does God Permit Evil?
God permits evil because it provides a lasting and valuable lesson to His children.
Evil - That which produces unhappiness; anything which either directly or remotely causes suffering of any kind (Webster’s dictionary)
*Primary cause of evil -> Sin
Principals & Free Will
Right Principal: The principal which is beneficial and productive of ultimate order, harmony, and happiness (Good)
You will find the right principals from reading your bible, listening to spiritual leaders who are true shepherds for the Lord, and those who are already on the walk.
Wrong Principal: Productive of discord, unhappiness, and destruction (Evil)
You will be taught wrong principals by those who live by the world’s standards, which are contradictory to the bible.
*Your conscience, or moral sense, is the faculty of discerning between right and wrong principals
Once you are taught right from wrong, then your daily choices become a matter of free will to commit sin or not.
Free Will: The power and choice to love and do right, as well as, to hate and do wrong. We are born into sin because of Adam and Eve, and we will sin from time to time, but how much and how often comes from our own choice to follow the Lord or follow the devil.
The more you study the Word and pray and walk on that Narrow Road (Matthew Chapter 7), the less your desire to sin will become.
God could force you to follow Him, but that is not what he wants. He wants you to make a choice to come to Him of your own free will. We decide what we want to do, be it right or wrong and in doing so we decide if we want to live or die.
God deserves intelligent and willing obedience, rather than ignorant, mechanical service from his children.
Life is a favor, a gift of God, and it will be continued everlastingly only to the obedient.

No matter who you think God is, most people who believe in God agree on one thing, and that is that we are all his children. If you were having a fight with your child, and then he/she got hurt, would you ignore them. Of course not! And God does not ignore any of his children either. That's not to say that everyone recieves the same rewards, but God hears everyone's cries, and loves all of us!

To see it any other way is to misunderstand God completely.
The bible tells us that God knows when each sparrow falls. This is because every sparrow is a part of God.
God is not simply present in the universe, She is the universe. Look around you. Everything that you see is a part of God.
Love and blessings Don

If this god does not hear the cries of no religious people, this god will be a stingy god. he has his own emotion, love and hate. He is only power of something. He might did something wrong.

God may hear but he will not honor those who are un-righteous or do not believe in him.
Ask yourself would you do something for someone who says they don't believe in you. You may hear the request but you aren't going to feed into it. Why would you, would you waste time and effort into someone who would not invest in you.
