after you let it rise the first time then roll it or push it out to a 1/2 inch thick and leave the edges thicker and bake right away as you dont want it to rise anymore but it will when baking it ...

I use that and frozen bread dough all the time. I usually brush melted butter on the edges after pizza comes out of oven. It makes a large no problem if you aren't hoping for a thick crust pizza. I stretch it as wide as my stone and use cornmeal underneath. You can't tell its frozen dough. I let it totally thaw and not raise too much at all before I start rolling it out.
