Being hospitable to guests is very much recommended, advised and important in Islam. That is why in so many houses you find an attached section; that is the guesthouse or even just a room in modern flats.

I have never heard of one, but if they exist I am sure they are only open to Muslims. That's probably a good thing as I don't think they would be the most exciting place in which one could stay.

i didnt understand wat do u mean exactly but when aguest come to our house(iam amuslim) we try to make him feel comfirt we servie him give him drinks food sweets and try to talk in agood way to him
u know like make him feel he is in his house
