Well if you are not getting paid you definatly need to get a new job. Just tell her you don't enjoy working in real estate but thank her for the job. Then start looking.

Sweetheart you should have been left the business with your mother-in-law. She knows its not right to work you and not pay you. She's only doing that because she can get away with it. Furthermore it doesn't sound like she's prospering in the real estate business. Honey get you some backbone and let your mother-in-law know that you have a life of your own. Good luck.

So you answered your own question right? Oh...your English is atrocious. Your sentence structure is non-existant and furthermore if you aren't paid for work performed and you put up with it then you're a chump.
I hope that you see the light and find a rewarding career in real estate.

I would find another job, it sounds like either your MIL isn't really good at real estate (can't get her business off the ground) or is generally clueless. I wouldn't work for 1/2 much less nothing.

Start putting in applications. Since she'sfamily, you probably don't want to take her to the labor board, but you do want to work for somone who will pay you.
