I don't think this is true. In my undergraduate and postgraduate studies I have seen and met a lot of students, doctors and professors and the same spectrum of loud and quiet seems to apply to everyone.
Generally older people may not be as loud as younger folks but that is an age and experience issue rather than education.

The more educated ANYONE is, the more quiet they tend to be--at least in some situations. The more you know, the more you get depressed about the realities of the world. I find myself being too depressed to talk sometimes, since I have gone farther in my education.

It's not the educated man who is quiet. It's the quiet man who is educated.
There are lots of loud men who are educated, but there are lots of loud fools as well...
When it come to the quiet type, they usually don't spend much of their time hanging out with people, so they keep to themselves and their books.

That's an incredible over generalization. I know lots of very educated men, and they have all kinds of personalities. Just go to graduate school, and you'll see that not all educated men are quiet.
Perhaps, though, there are more quiet men who pursue higher education. Traditional education does appeal more to certain types of people. Entrepreneurial personalities are less attracted to formal education and often find they don't need it.

This has been my experience: education does not necessarily equal wisdom. The more wise a man is, the quieter he tends to be. He knows what to say and when to say it.
An educated man who is not wise loves to shoot off his mouth, brag about who he is, what he's done etc.

Aristotle (the real one), had an opinion about educated men:
When asked how much educated men were superior to those uneducated, Aristotle answered, 'As much as the living are to the dead.'
Also, have you ever heard the phrase: "The best speaker is a good listener"? I like your question.

Well, he knows that it is better to keep quiet since it will cause less problems. If you don't say anything, you can't cause a problem.
