its my birthday nightout on monday and i want to look good. is there anyway i could lose a dress size safely so i can fit into my skinny jeans for that night?
im a size 12-14 at the mo

one dress size accommodates around 12 to 14 pounds either way. SO the answer is probably not or we would all be doing it.
However....if you stick to salads and chicken no dressings from now until Monday and only strawberries and a weight watcher yoghurt in the mornings and drink five litres of unflavoured water a day it is possible to lose between 8 to 10 pounds in that time. But don't do it for any longer and be prepared to not be in a very good mood for a couple of days as you will go into carb withdrawal. Carb withdrawal can also leave you feeling a little light headed in the first three days and quite lethargic. Avoid driving & anything containing citric acid even chewing gum. Have a nice birthday and return to normal healthy eating afterwards.

Eat healthily. DONT take diet pills whatever you do they cause sickness, hallucinations, the lot! Carry on with your exercise DVD. I can't guarantee you'll drop a dress size though. By the way size 12 is average in the UK. It sounds like you'll look nice to me.

Safely, no. But you could reduce your weight a bit by going for a run everyday instead of video. You'd be suprised how much you could lose in a few days if you really push yourself.

Avoid foods such as white bread, pasta, spuds as they will bloat you and make you look/feel fatter

Go for a body toning treatment - will only last a short while but it will make your skinny jeans a bit looser

don't starve yourself but cut your calories low...have 6 small meals - no carbs - fruit, veggies and lean proteins....no soda and a ton of water -- check out the 6 week body makeover on line - they have a plan to lose a dress size in one week....

Use cling film, Wrap it round your self before you go out or use it the day you go out. I have done it, it really works

only eat fruit and drink lots of water nothing else ! should help definitely give you a flatter stomach
