DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT use any kind of dietary supplement. They can have nasty side effects that can be fatal.

I took One-A-Day Weight Smart once and nearly puked after the third day. It also raised my heart rate.

Diet supplements are not worth it. Eat less (but more healthy) and exercise more.

A friend of mine wanted to lose 15 lbs. so she spent the money on Trimspa. She used it as directed, exercised & ate a healthy diet after two months she lost 8 lbs. She quit the TrimSpa & kept up with everything else & lost another 10 lbs. What does that tell you?
Anna Nichol Smith did NOT loss all of that weight using TrimSpa. She most likely had A LOT of work done. NOBODY can lose that much weight & have skin that tight. It would have been hanging off of her like the skin on our Bloodhound.

Trimspa is an appetite suppresant, and I found that out of all of the ones I tried, Trimspa worked the best. But, once the pill wore off, I was more hungrier than if I would have never taken the pill to begin with. That's what happens with a lot of these appetite suppresants. Once I started watching what I eat and exercising, the weight came off, without any of these diet supplements. You're better off doing this on your own. If you rely on pills, you'll just put the weight back on when you quit taking them. Think about this in the long term, and just focus on making a healthy diet and exercise a part of the rest of your life. Good luck!

I don't know about trim spa because I know few people who have tried it. I have never heard anything bad though. As for that comment about bad effects from one a day weight smart that is not common, the experience she had. One a day is really just a regular vitamin with a little green tea extract added to help metabolism and as long as you take it with a decent sized meal or even better shortly before you sleep if you've eaten dinner you should be fine to try that.

Hi How long ago did you do la weightloss? I have an appointment in the morning but I have been reading mixed reviews. I have read that they are all about selling their supplements and snack bars and that it is expensive. Is this true? I am looking to lose about 20lbs. Any advice you can give is appreciated! ~k
