has anyone ever made the"black turkey recipe"?

Found the recipe, wanting to make it for thanksgiving. its very detailed but it sounds wonderful. Just wondering if anyone has ever made one and if its worth all the time? thanks

Havent made them cause it's detailed but according to research (online) this turkey is work... it requires more attention. I saw a foodnetwork chef do it and it cooked evenly and looks so juicy and yummy...Try making them..Good Luck :-)
