You can fill out form W-5 (available at IRS.gov) and submit it to your employer. Most employers do not want you to do this as it is more work for them. The biggest drawback is if, for any reason, you do not qualify for EIC, you will have to pay it back when you file your tax return.

File form W-5 with your employer and your advance EIC will be paid to you with your regular pay. It is not a big thing for the employer to do as it is built into most payroll programs as a matter of course.
