Lotions only heal dry skin temporarily.
Coconut and sesame oil are very good for this.

Sea salt is an exfoliant, you rub it on your skin to help peel the dead skin cells off.

Try taking an omega-3 supplement, to heal your skin from the inside out -This works!

And try eating healthy fats such as olive and sesame oil, nuts, omega-3 eggs, fish, and yogurt. These help to make your skin more moist and supple.

Lastly, aloe vera does not normally cause irritation.

Sea salt is uses as an exfoliater (helps get rid of dry skin). Aloe Vera COULD cause skin irritation if you are allergic to it, but most people aren't. You should be fine using the lotion that you bought. After your shower, pat dry, then apply the lotion when your body is slightly damp, it will help to lock in the moisture.

Good luck!

Aloe is good for sunburn, and that's about it. Use anything that is either water or oil based depending on how dry your skin is. Sea salt is a good exfoliator, just be sure to mix it with oil or something like that when you use it and rinse it off immidiatly followed by a moisturizer.

i dont know what your issue is, but to use sea salt (some kind of wound or skin issue?) dissolve the salt in warm water, then soak whatever hurts in it. if its a small area, sponge it with a cloth soaked in the salt water, or put the water in a cup and hold it over the area.

ps, dont use table salt, its not the same thing
