In the old testement...but it also says that those who wear mixed fabric clothes are going to hell...I'm wearing cotton and polyester how 'bout you?

BEING lesbian or gay is not against the bible. you can have as much lesbian or gay thoughts as you want, and there is no problem. according to the bible, only the act of a man "lying with a man as one does with a woman" is prohibited. take what you want out of that. it says nothing about lesbians but generally most anti-homosexual people include lesbians.
does G-d hate homosexuals? G-d doesn't hate anybody. if you accept the bible as true, then homosexuality is no bigger of a sin than masturbating or lying to your best friend. all sins are equal. you should avoid it, but no human being is perfect and nobody can live a sinless life. you aren't "going to hell" for it. and if you don't believe in the bible, then why bother worrying about what it says?

There may be passages in the Bible that have phrases againts gay/lesbian...but the Bible is not a stupid book, it is not merely 'just' a book.
I am a christian, a catholic, but my opinions and views are far more wider than the conservative ones. I believe in the gay/lesbian relationship is not merely a relationship of the flesh but of the heart and soul, if within the commitment you don't act againts your partner and are living a good and humble life, then who are we to judge?
But if it is only a relationship of the flesh then it is not as different of man/woman relationship of the same 'context'.

all sexually, deviant behavior is against God's design and purpose for men and women. God forbids it, but men and women still have a choice of whose rules to obey. Romans chapters 1 and 2 spell out how we can sear our conscience and live in sin... even promote living in sin as something good.

I wouldn't worry about it. Even if you believe in god ( I don't), everyone here is quoting what they want to quote to say yes. but if you have read the bible you will find that there is always room for forgiveness. except for me and others like me that don't believe.
So if you do believe and you are gay, pray for forgiveness.
If you don't believe or you aren't gay, don't worry about it.

Oh, and if the bible is against gays, then that means your god is against gays. I thought your god loved everybody? Well, MINE do!!!! (I believe in more than one god)
