You just got to stand under the deal then turn the water on right over your head...i take a cold shower every time i get back from my workout to cool down.
I am just curious to know why you want to take a cold shower...what did you hear they are good for!

Why do you want a cold shower??? Take warm ones. They are more comfortable.
