My MSN blocks to of my friends name how do I unblock it?

Two of my friends name are blocked which I haven t done. I m trying to unblock these screen names. But nothing helps. Been having computer problems for several days. Any one can you help me?

Search for the Contact (Your Friend) Down the list of Contacts.
Simply find it the right click on it-then Click UNBLOCK!
Hope that works
