if you think negative then your day will be negative...drop the negativity and be positive...cheer up....theres people out there worse off than you...it's not all that bad...chin up

Don't sweat it, I"m actually having a bad start to the day, but just work through it. WHatever you have to do, you job or school, just do that extra hard with extra effort, and attain a new level of acomplishment. It will do wonders, I promise. If not, then go to the gym or something, work out and then look at all those rippling muscles you were just working on. Rinse and repeat as necessary until you are ok.

I know this sounds wierd, but I start cleaning things room to room when I'm super depressed or having an off day on the weekend. I am especially fixated on the kitchen and bathrooms,,,

There are some issues; discover some thing squishy, and pound the crap out of it. pay interest to chuffed song. Sleep. Spend time with a strong, depended on friend or chum. Smile and chuckle even once you do not elect to. look up humorous puns on the information superhighway. Hug a loved merchandise-- i love filled animals. devour. workout. Play a recreation you want. Watch videos. bypass procuring. Take a walk. bypass on a holiday to get faraway from all of it. Swim on a touch day. No, you are not alone. Everyone goes out of their way to make me feel worse. Maybe I give off vibes or something - people wind me up more on the road as all the nutters come out at the same time. Shop assistants are more grumpy than usual and friends seem distant. Even the dog rips up an important letter I was waiting for. Don't worry tommorow WILL be better!

If your feeling a bit down there must be a reason for it, my advice is to take the time to examin the reason for your depression. if it is obvious like a relationship breakdown then you might be having problems letting go or you feel sorry for yourself, basically I can garuantee that your suffering is to do with some sort of attachment, try to find what it is your attached to and learn how to free yourself of it, do you need it? how nessesary is it to your survival. when you learn to stop carrying unnessesary thoughts and feelings then you can really strart to enjoy the rest of your day or life. one more thing, its OK to have a bad day or even week month or year its all part of life and I think that so long as your trying to work out and understand your problems then thats good reason to be happy, set aside some time to think about things say half an hour then get on with your day and if you feel you are feeling low say to yourself ill only think about this tomorrow in the half hour ive set aside, This is taking care of your emotions a bit like taking care of your teeth by daily brushing, good luck.. We all have those days but I found an excellent cure for them if I have had a bad day either in or out of work I logged onto Ebaumsworld and check out the video section it's a guaranteed way to cheer me up there hilarious.

No its not just you. If things are not going right in my day then i get things going wrong one after the other all that day, but if good things are happening in the day then i get good things happening one after the other so it's not so bad. I just look forward to the good days when I'm having a bad one!

Yea. Days can be like that. I had my share of them. When something bad happens just realize you still have the rest of your day to make it better. Dont sit and sulk over that one thing that happened this morning b/c then it causes a chain reaction making your day alot crappier.

Well i am disabled and i have them a lot with the pain I'm in but i just have to do my best to pick my self up.you should have my conditions for a week, i don't think you could put up with it.so be grateful that your in good health
