well I like a tan, but when people start yelling"you've been tangoed" or mistaking you for jodie marsh, I think you've gone too far.

I Think Normal Sun Tan Brown Is Nice But The Burning Red Bordering On Orange Lobster Look Is Not Good Plus If You Get That Burnt You Normally Start To Blister Not A Good Look!

I hate those orange, fake tans. I'm a pasty faced white-**** and I don't care. I was golden brown growing up in CA and now I have freckles everywhere that will probably turn in to skin cancer in the next ten years. So tan away all you want girls, you will pay later.

But ultimately I believe there's nothing wrong with being tan in the summer and white in the winter. It is a good thing to hibernate and let your whiteness shine for half of the year. It makes summer all the more special each time it comes around.

Slightly browned, like the skin a perfectly cooked roast chicken.
Copper supplements into your body while tanning is a big NO. You'll look orange like the carrots next to the roast chicken. My friend is the bad example on tanning cuz that's what he did, was funny though.
And he was ginger aswel, you see my point.

I'd say that twice a week or once to a sun bed is enough for a well balanced tan.

The tan should be just strong enough so that the white bits show up beautifully in a bedroom lit with soft warm romantic lighting.
It is not the tan that is attractive, but the bits that it highlights, and the blonding of the hair.

A proper sun tan from natural sun and not sunbeds. I hate to see false tan that you've been under so long that you look like Tango man/tango woman. You can tell whats natural and what isn't.

Lightly tanned, over tanning looks a bit weird.

Im a 41 yo redhead who has never worshipped the sun. Sure I have some laugh lines, but most strangers I come across believe Im in my early 30s.

My mother on the other hand is olive skinned and still could never get enough of those rays. Today, her skin reveals the price paid for vanity. You choose!

If you are young, please think ahead while you may still make a difference.

Natural look always the best. Tanned in the summer, white in the winter.

it depends on the natural skin colour of the person. As I am olive skinned I like to be darker in the summer thna the winter but I use sunbeds once a week in winter as my skin can look sallow. I have a light tan but don't try to be something I'm not

It's all silly. You don't even need a tan, and it doesn't enhance a person's appearance at all, IMO, although there's nothing wrong with a natural tan in the summer.
