An average walking pace is 3 to 4 MPH, so that would be approx. 15 to 20 mins. walking. Running or jogging would be different, and so would power walking which would be a much faster pace.

11-13 minutes, i go to a track every day for jogging, it's 1 mile/lap. So i walk before jog- and it takes me that time..

Depends on how out of shape you are. In high-school it took me around 8 minutes walking briskly. Now it is more like 10 minutes and brisk is no longer an option. If you do it every day, it will take less time, about 1 minute less for every 10 days of practice was what is was for me in track. Of course, I never set any records.

Average wlking speed is 3MPH, therefore 20 min. 4MPH = 15 min., 10 MPH (fast jogging) =6 min.
