make sure you have a good shampoo and conditioner, i like pantene for curly hair the best. also, NEVER EVER EVER use a brush on curly hair, you will have frizz city in ten seconds. alway use a wide tooth comb or one of those brushes with the really wide seperated teeth. the best way i can combat frizz is to only comb my hair right after its been washed and conditioned, while its still really damp. then use some kind of defrizzer like john frieda or pantene curl enhancer. if you have loose curls, that maight be enough, if not, then add in some mousse or other styling product to help hold it.
(also, the cut may be your issue, layers can add to frizz, its sometimes best to have a straight accros cut)

Yes, I have the same problem. I have found my answer in Biolage Products. Its called Smoothing Shampoo and Smoothing Conditioner. They cost a bit, but it sure works on my hair. Its meant for frizzy, drier hair. In addition, I always use a smoothing glaze or oil afterwards, after my leave-in conditioner. It works!

I'm guessing you have curly hair...
I use Matrix Curl Life on my cruly hair and it keeps it from frizzing. If you blow dry, use a diffuser and don't scrunch...scrunching will acutally make it more frizzy.
Matrix has a line of curly hair product. I like that shampoo, conditioner, and the curl creme.
Hope this helps.

I'VE BEEN A HAIRSTYLIST FOR 22 YEARS. I FINE THAT CHI PRODUCT FOR CURLY HAIR WORKS GREAT. WHAT I DO PERSONALLY IS MIX THE CHI STYLING GEL WITH A DROP OR TWO OF CHI SILK INFUSION, RUB IN HANDS AND WORK IT THROUGH YOUR HAIR FORM SCALP TO ENDS. THE GEL WILL REFINE YOU CURLS WHILE THE SILK INFUSION WILL CONTROL FRIZZIES AND GIVE YOU UNBELIEVABLE SHINE. GOOD LUCK
