Liquids are still banned when flying out of the UK so it's a definite "no" to the drinks. Haven't seen a mention of pencils that I can recall, and if the sweets don't count as gels you should be OK with both of those.

Magazines are fine, pencils should be ok too, but I'd steer clear of drinks and possibly sweets at the mo. Drinks definitely. They'll be confiscated before you get to the departure lounge. You could buy drinks in the departure lounge, as these have been screened.

They can take magazines, but they can't take any drinks - I'm certain about that. However, when you've gone through all the checks, etc you can buy drinks from shops to take on board. I'm not sure if you take sweets and pencils through, but again, you'll be able to buy them at the shop after all the checks etc, have been made.

genuine? there is Christians and then not-Christians. the two you suspect in God and Jesus, or you do not. No Christian is any further "genuine", in simple terms possibly greater effectual at following Jesus' teachings. /rant in any case, there isn't any reason to think of it could be morally unacceptable. in actuality, cows are actually not made for human's to drink their milk, so it quite is risk-free to anticipate that soy milk seems greater interior God's plan than cow's milk. yet heavily, drink what you opt for. Soy milk isn't evil. Or attempt almond milk.

anything that is banned for a grownup is also banned for a kid. Problem is that some people put stuff in kids bags thinking that they won't be checked.
