I'm with both of them. The medical coverage is good, especially the preventative care. Delta recently changed its coverages, requiring more of a co-payment for work done beyond the covered yearly cleanings, etc.

Overall I've been happy with them.

Delta is Okay. But Kaiser sucks big time. They are an HMO. I hope that you are not an older person, because you will have a hell of a time getting referred to a specialist should you need one. And getting one is like pulling teeth. They offer crappy care and do the least they(physicians) can do for you but still getting green backs every month even if you NEVER see a Dr.

Insurance is only as good as the plan you have. I had
Delta, they were good but the coverage was through my employer. If you are shopping for insurance. get a list of all the various plans that are offered, compare price and be certain that you know what your benefits will be. Look at the fine print for deductibles and maximum limits. My plan had a 2000 limit per year which was kept a pretty good secret until I went over.
