$880 is the national average with $160+/- as the standard deviation in the latest national survey that i have seen.

It depends where you are located. In CT the cost is approximately $1000 - $1250. That's only for the crown (cap). It doesn't include if you need a rootcanal on top of that or a core build-up. Your best bet is to find out exactly what procedures you need and to call around.

About Â£100 onwards if you have it capped in London.
