I think she is trying to tell you something - cats have a strange way of communicating. Is her cat tray dirty? - cats are very clean creatures. She could also be annoyed at something - maybe you didn't leave food out for her, have a new partner - cats also get jealous. When I met my boyfriend a few years ago my cat kept peeing on my bed - disgusting but she got over it.(had to buy a new bed though). Now she just wees in the bath occasionally.

is the litter tray cleaned out properly and do you scoop the poop out at elast once a day? They won't go in dirty smelly litter trays. Put something over the kitchen sink to prevent her going in there. At least the bath is not such a huge problem. Look to either getting her a bigger or deeper litter tray or giving her present one a good old clean out and scrub it so it smells nice for her. As you know, cats are fastidiously clean creatures.

Fill the sink and bath with water. Get a new litter tray and keep it very clean. Also, get a washing up bowl for your dishes!

Cats are very finicy with things & they prefer no change so first make sure you hav'nt changed what litter you use, make sure the tray & litter is always clean & that it knows where it is.
I had a cat that started to do the same as yours, the strangest thing was she had a urinary infection, (I saw that there was blood where she had done her wee.) so it was as if she was trying to tell me there was some thing wrong!!! Maybe your cat is doing the same, ie trying to tell you there's some thing wrong. Perhaps a check over at the Vets might be a good idea

If you use a lot of bleach, she may think its ok to poo over the smell. Ammonia reminds cats of their own urine so she may think its a better place than her tray, especially if the tray is too full. Its no coincidence that she uses both the bath and sink. Have you changed your cleaning product? I use citrus cleaning products and lay tinfoil along ledges I dont want my cat to go.

First of all it's most likely a behavioral issue. She's probably mad about something. Also you should check the contents of her poop and is it runny or hard. Sometimes cats will go in strange places because they are not feeling well. I just recently had a problem with my cat pooping in my kitchen... Turns out he had worms. I got him on medication and he hasn't done it since. If the problem persists, I would consult your veterinarian.

What a crazy cat.I thought mine was weird. She would pee over the drain in the kitchen sink.I think the only reason why she did this was because SHE thought her litterbox was too dirty. Why she chose the sink is beyond me.Maybe your cat is also picky about her litterbox.

well it perfectly normal.
At just one year old , she thinks it is the toilet, but cant turn the tap on to flush it down.
Dont discourage it, teach her how to turn on the cold tap, and when you next come home, all will be very clean.
