Knee problems?

I had a motor accident last 1998 where in I could not bend my knee because it was swollen for weeks and I did not have it Xrayed .I had been having this problem with my knee where in I could not run fast because if I do, the bending of my knee bends sideways and its so painful.

you need to see a doctor, Xray may still be the first thing, MRI may be needed too, good luck
