Are there any golf ranges / courses in NYC that are walking distances from the subway?

I live in Queens, but really, any of the boroughs works.

There is a course in Bay Ridge Brooklyn. 86th St & 7th Ave, Brooklyn, (718) 836-9722

Also, one in Marine Park. 2880 Flatbush Ave, Brooklyn, 11234 - (718) 338-7113
