Yep, they do this when they're excited....I mean about anything! Or sometimes they jig one leg up and down fast like it has the shakes.....that's excitement too! I find that men do this when they're eating something they really like or having a laugh with the lads....you watch them and see!

I had a boyfriend that used to do that. He was hyper and couldn't sit still. Even when just "standing", he was always moving some part of himself, bouncing back and forth, shifting his weight from one leg to the other, talking with his hands as while speaking, nodding his head in agreement or shaking his head in disagreement as someone else spoke. It's just nervous movement.
And of course, it could also be because they are adjusting their balls or have to go to the bathroom.
Women do similar things when they sit while tapping a toe or sit with one leg over the other and bounce the foot that is elevated.
