I have blonde highlites in my hair and I want to dye my hair dark brown, but it will turn green. So I want to get the highlites out without having to spend a fortune at a salon. Any ideas???????

You can not take out highlights. You can only color them. Highlights have no color pigment to take out. You will have to use a color with a red base. When you color you hair, stay away from any Ash color. That will turn your hair green.

Well, I don't know anyones that take it out completeley. But for now try using head ans soulders for a while. It doesn't exactly strip the hair but gets quite abit of colour out.

You can't strip out blonde color as blonde is the absence of color; you will have to have your hair "filled" by a professional.
