My son loves them, and I love them! He likes to bite things, and the ring means he isn't biting my fingers and toes. He started teething at 3 months, so the rings were too big for his mouth so i thought he wouldn't like them, but once he was big enough to hold them and bite them he always has one in his hands.

Yes they do still make teeting rings. I use them sometimes. They don't really help though. I use it more as a different stimulation. In the summer it is a great and safe way for a baby to cool off. My first daughter liked them not frozen.

I would use teething rings with my daughter all the time. I bought them at Walmart for $1.00. Sometimes she just didn't want it so I would give her a popsicle, or something really cold. I don't think the teething rings will ever fade.

yes they are helpful. they make plastic ones with ridges nowadays. i wouldn't go for the ones wiht the liquid inside. my daughter bit into one and the liquid all came out.
if you don't like the idea of teething rings, try putting damp towel in the freezer then letting her chew on that. it does have to be clean.

Target has them for $1.00 also. I used them for my son, and found them to be helpful, cold or not cold. Now that he is older he likes to play with them in his bath!
