In MO, you have 30 days after the purchase of a car to title it and resgister and all of that crap. Well, Its been longer than 30 days bc I havent had the money, will I have to pay a fine for that or what??

in arkansas they have you sign a form saying you havent been driving the car. the only way they know is if you have been ticketed. otherwise they will charge you a late fee. if you sign the form there is no charge.

It depends on the state your in. In CA you have to get the paperwork to the DMV in 7 days so you'll have to check the laws of your state.

More than likely you will have to donate funds to the DMV. Next time get all of the funds first then get the car.

Yes you can pay a fine, have your license taken away. If you get in an accident, you'll go to jail.
