I used to get that all the time in the Army. It may be that your right leg is feeling the strain more than your left. If you are concerned see your doctor just to be on the safe side.

Yes, it could be normal. is one leg more swollen than the other? Send me a picture if you want.
If you feel some tingling or numbness, it could be a pinched nerve in your back that leads to that leg.
Do proper stretching. You can experiement with an anti-inflamatory such as advil, but these pills are hard on the stomach, so take with food.

I shave every two days for my lower leg. However, I wear pants or tights every day (yay work) and with blonde hair on my upper legs I tend to do that about every other shave so every four days ish. This changes if I have an event or am going to the beach or pool or something.

When muscles are used that aren't used to being used, it's common to feel a hot feeling often followed later by muscle soreness later. If you are heavy set, have varicose veins, or have any history of diabetes in your family, this could be related to venous insufficiency, and you probably should see your doctor. Otherwise, given time it will probably go away.

could be a blood clot that will eventually travel to your brain and cause a horrendously painful anurism that will rupture and cause you an awful, painful death. The good side... you will die quickly.
SEE A DOCTOR...this is not a webMD site. When you people have serious medical issues you ask total strangers who seem to be more teens then anything else. I don't understand why people take these kinds of risks with their health.

I have had surgery... not to scare you... but it could just be chin splints or you could really have a medical problem... not to worry, with any leg issue it can be fixed if you get treatment right away. doc's are there for you... they want to help... I would first call a medical exchange and talk to a physician, they will be able to tell you exactly what you should do from where you are at with the pain.

No that is not normal. Have you ever had water on the knee? Does it feel slightly squishy? You might have some fluid induced muscular atrophy. I would say stop doing squats until you get it checked out.
Hope that helps.

It is normal to feel a little soreness after exercising but you should not have any hot feeling...I would check with a doctor...it may be a blod clot or something to that effect.

Although it is probably nothing, don't take a chance on your health. If you leg begins to swell or turn red, it may be a sign of a blood clot. That is very serious and should be checked into. GOOD LUCK!

Two things may need to be considered.. shin splints and vericosity...phlebitis.. should have it checked if it persists for any length of time.. if from exercise, it should abate within a few hours.
