I like to make macaroni schotel, but i didn't know the ingridients? can you help me?

Macaroni Schotel
Method category: Baking (Panggang)

Ingredients/ Bahan:
300gr Macaroni
250gr Ham slices
4 Eggs, beaten (Telur, dikocok)
300ml Fresh Milk (susu segar)
100gr Corned Beef
12 slices Cheddar cheese (Keju cheddar lembaran)
Grated Tasty Cheese (Keju parut)
Salt (Garam)
Pepper (Merica)
Nutmeg (Pala)





Directions/Cara membuat:

1. Cook the macaroni (boil with boiling water,salt,oil) until almost cooked (about 8-10 minutes), drain and divide into 2 batches. One batch spread on the base of baking pan.
2. Arrange the ham on top of the macaroni layer. Then arrange the cheese slices.
3. Mix the beaten eggs with corned beef, milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg.
4. Arrange the second batches of the macaroni on top, then grated some taste cheese until all covered.
5. Pour the egg and milk mixture.
6. Bake in 200 degrees oven until golden brown (about 30 minutes).
You could serve with Tabasco if you like.

Indonesian:
1. Rebus macaroni hingga hampir matang. Bagi 2. Satu bagian tata di dasar pinggan.
2. Tata ham diatas lapisan macaroni, lalu tata keju lembaran diatas ham. Tutup dengan bagian kedua macaroni.
3. Parut keju lalu taburkan hingga rata ke atas macaroni.
4. Campur telur kocok, dengan corned beef, garam, merica, pala dan susu.
5. Siram ke pinggan.
6. Panggang dalam oven sepanas 200 derajat hingga kekuningan atau sekitar 30 menit.
7. Sajikan dengan Tabasco bila suka.

200gr minced meat
250gr macaroni, simmer it.
150gr chedar cheese (grated) or mozarella cheese
100ml milk
2tbs wheat flour
4 eggs
1 yellow onion, fine chop
3 shallots
3 garlics
Salt and pepper
2tbs vegetable oil
Instruction:

Grind shallots and garlics to become spice paste. Add salt and pepper.
Heat oil, and then stir fry the spice paste for about 2 minutes. Add in the minced meat, and continue to stir fry until the meat is cooked and the color changes. Turn off the stove.
Add macaroni into the meat, then add a mixture of milk and wheat flour. Mix well.
Break the eggs and put them inside an ovenware. Stir the eggs a little bit, and then put in the macaroni mixture on top of the egg. Spread the grated cheese over the macaroni mixture.
Preheat oven to 180 celcius degree, and bake for about 20 minutes (not more).
Serve with tomato sauce and chilli sauce.

Ingredients :
225 gr elbow macaroni
50 gr margarine
2 cloves garlic, minced
100 gr onion, finely chopped
50 gr flour
500 ml milk
Pinch of salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg powder
300 gr sausages, mushrooms (chopped), corned beef (totally 300 gr)
5 eggs, lightly beaten
125 gr grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the macaroni according of package directions until firm-tender. Drain & transfer to a large bowl. Preheat the oven to 180C

2. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet, heat the margarine over moderate heat. Add the garlic & onion, saute until tender. Add flour & stir until well combined. Gradually add the milk, stirring until combined. Stir in the salt, pepper & nutmeg, stirring until the sauce is lightly thickened, & add sausage, mushroom, corned beef & eggs. Stir until combined. Finally, add the macaroni & mix together.

3. Transfer to a 13×9 inch baking dish, sprinkle with cheddar cheese. And bake for 50 minutes-1 hour or until the color become brown-yellow

BAHAN
1 pak Makaroni
2 butir bawang bombay dirajang
1 kaleng kecil corned beef dalam kaleng atau yang pak-pakan
100 gr daging asap siap pakai
2 kotak kaldu ayam/sapi bubuk ( jika suka )
500 ml susu cair
Garam secukupnya
Merica bubuk secukupnya
Pala bubuk secukupnya (lebih terasa apabila dari biji pala yang diparut)
6 butir telur
100 gr keju edam, diparut
Keju permessan untuk taburan diatas

Cara pengolahan
- Rebus makaroni dalam air yang mendekati mendidih sampai matang,
- Campur dalam satu tempat Makaroni, bawang bombay, corned beef dan daging asap,
- Masukkan kaldu bubuk, garam, merica, pala, telur, keju edam parut dan susu. Diaduk sampai rata, (Sisakan telur untuk dituang diatas adonan)
- Tuang ke dalam pinggan tahan panas yang sudah diolesi margarin dan ditaburi tepung trigu tipis-tipis ssaja,
- Masukkan telur sisa diatas adonan,
- Taburkan keju permessan diatasnya,
- Dan siap di panggang dalam oven selama 1 jam dengan suhu 180 derajat Celcius.
