I totally agree! It's just too many are obsessed with this "war on terror" idea, and support the war that the idiot Bush has started.

Because like many things it really isn't about morality. Morality, safety and religion are the cover story used because they know that the religious majority of America will eat it up like candy. The war is about power, money, oil and control. Iraq never even fired a shot at us! If this was really about terrorism why did we not work with those countries to get at the terrorists instead of the civilians? Why have more Americans died in Iraq than on 9-11? It's yet another horrific act of terrorism perpetrated by our own govt.

First of all, we are not at war with Iraq.
Secondly, the idea that we must not do anything outside of our borders until there is no one within our borders who has needs, would create a strange, unworkable isolationism, which would cause great suffering around the globe. Perhaps you should make yourself aware of the billions spent every year, by the United States, in foreign, charitable endeavors. You will find that it is more than the efforts of the rest of the industrialized nations combined.
Finally, your analogy of the domestic thief makes no sense, as the United States has not stolen any of Iraq's resources.

Revelation 13:7 And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations.
These are the sings of the end of times. Embrace them , for the day of the return of Jesus is at hand. Praise the Lord!!

Your premise is incorrect. We are not at war with Iraq. We are at war in Iraq with the same people who attacked us. The media wants you to believe otherwise. Isn't it interesting that Osame Bin Laden, Al Qeada, The liberal media and liberal Democrats are saying the same thing. Even Al Qeada leaders will say that the war "in" Iraq is the central front of their war with the west. "that is us"

An autocracy, like our government is now and becomes when one party rules all branches of government (regardless of party), is about benefiting the leader and his circle of cronies. Iraq has been worth hundreds of billions of dollars to Bush cronies. It's no more complicated than following the money.

Keep believing that, and buy a berka. IF we don't stop Islamist extremists there, we WILL be fighting them here. THEY say so time after time, after time. If you don't believe me, just read some of their papers and web sites. They are filled with hatred for ALL who are not THEIR type of Muslim. Even other Muslims. Hezbollah was killing Americans LONG before we went into Iraq. They will continue to until we stop them, or Jesus returns. Whichever comes first. Hopefully, Jesus.

Have you always compared apples to oranges? Get a political education from both sides of the government, then try looking at your ignorant question.

think we need to leave the rest of the world alone totally and take care of our own before we try to tell others what to do.

The long and short of it: We are there because of incompetent ideologues and weekend-warriors whose experiences with hostilities extends to rabbit hunting and bar brawls.
