Count the seatbelts. If there are 3 seatbelts in the back, even though there are 2 actual seats, its still technically a four seater. Automakers use the term 5 seater to atract the family type of purchasers.

If it has 3 belts in the back its a five seater.

Most probably a 4-seater, but look for seatbelts in the back.

i own a repair shop,and i think there considered a 5 seat-er,, i had one that did heave the 3,rd set of seat belts in it,but now some of them didn't come with them in there,and there considered to be 4 seat er cars,id look and see if had the middle belts for it,good luck i hope this help,s.

My roommate has one and it is 4. The back seats are a joke as an adult would have a real tough time sitting back there. As bad as a Mustang.
