Just ended 5 yr abusive relationship. I have 2 kids, under stress of finding a new job and a new place to live. Haven't had a period since the 1st of August- took an EPT test got one dark line and one extremely faint dashed line? Am I pregnant or just really stressed and getting ready to start my cycle. I often miss a cycle during stressful situtations in the past.

Thank you to everyone who answered my question. I am in fact Pregnant! I was a bit upset but after I was told how far along I was I was excited. The new wonderful man in my life is the father. We are hoping for a boy! WISH ME LUCK!

With my first pregnancy I had one dark and one very faint line on the first pregnancy test I took. So I guess what I'm saying is a line is a line. You're probably pregnant.

If you have a faint line its still a line. Take another test or go get blood work done.

Maybe but its probably stress since that has happened to you in the past. I would take another preg. test two weeks after the first one. That can tell you for sure.

YOUR PREGNANT!! If you had 2 lines even though it was faint you are pregnant. Make a Dr's appt right away to CONFIRM it!!

whether a faint line or not you need to get checked... the line is still there. You most likely are pg...go to the Dr and get checked...

See a GYN/OB right away girl... If you love your body and yourself don't wait 9 months... you should know that the first trimester is the most important one... good luck if you are... baby's are a gift and should be treasured.

if u got faint line means ur pregnent.go to doc and have blood test done

that does mean that you are prgnant because i was pregnant for 2 months before i missed my period and when i took it that is what it looked like
