i really like him... n hes my VERY VERY good friend... ive not been in touch with him since like a month... be4 he went abroad for studies we were sooooo close tht i fell for him.... hes always on my mind... is it tht hes busy or has he forgotten me??or is it tht he doesnt care any more? im confused.... i dont wanna loose him... i had mailed him 3rice but got no reply... i dunno whats wrong and why he wont reply...

Don't let you go after those thoughts.
In positive case:
He may be busy in studies or not able to check mails.
In negative case:
He don't have such an affection towards you.
Always think positive.
Don't waste your time thinking on that.
If he got any affection towards you he'll contact you within 3 months. I mean wait for 3 months. And then decide what do do.

Did any of you proposed in the first place? If no then, he probably took you as a friend, thats it nothing more. There is a good chance that he found someone. I would be looking for someone else already, if I were you. Living with the memory only happens in Indian movies.

Perhaps he changed addresses? But if he cares for you too, then he should have informed you of it...so it only means one thing, he does not care for you as much as you do. It hurts but you have to accept reality. Stop thinking about him and go on with your life. There are still many fishes in the ocean. I am sure you will meet someone more wonderful than he is...Sail on...
