Think about it this way... would it be okay if your girlfriend did the same thing to you? Even if its just lust and 100% physical? Honestly i bet you would be pretty jealous to know your girlfriend is banging a bunch of hot guys all the time behind your back, but it shouldnt bother u because it doesnt mean anything LOL. Would u feel betrayed cuz guaranteed she will and she'll dump your sorry *** and find a real man.

There's no way to answer this question "in general." Everything depends on the people involved - you, the one who has "taken" you, and the one you want to have a "fling" with. Nobody else can moralize on this for you.

I would say on general principles that if somebody wants to have a fling, his/her bf/gf should know about it, because otherwise the lie puts a strain on the relationship. Some people will be perfectly fine with their partners enjoying other people, but nobody should be fine with being lied to. And again, it's not for other people to tell them what's "right."

wait a min! r u thinkin about "CHEATING" b/c that is not called a fling. if you're thinkin about doing that then there is something missing in your relationship. and you need to get out. but if you have an open relationship tell your girl and see what she says. but then again could you see your girl asking the same question? & u know that this is wrong. if you want to cheat then u don't need a girl!

as an idiot who's had several uhh...physical flings, i feel fully qualified in answering this

its a bad idea

its never "just physical" for the woman, and likely it won't be for you either, even if you ARE able to turn off the emotions for her, you will later find yourself mired in a hole of guilt and wish you hadn't done it

beyond that, what if this broad falls for you? what if she calls your wife/girlfriend? what if she gets all bunny boiler/stalker on you? then what?

bad idea all around

yes its wrong, but if you wernt taken having a fling is fun once in awhile. and how do you know its not just physical on their end too. thats why flings work SOMETIMES. just as long as they arent pshyco.

a fling is not a bad thing at all, as long as both parties involved agree on what it is. if you are already taken, tho, it's a big no-no.

If you are taken it is wrong. Tell your girlfriend that you think you and she should see other people. Let her know it's not an exclusive relationship. That's the only way to make it fair to her.

If you mean cheating, yes that's a bad thing. If you mean just a physical relationship that's not bad if the other person wants only a physical relationship as well.

Well, you have to weigh the good with the bad, there's the emotional factor, std's, and what if she gets pregnant? The only 100% way of her not getting pregnant is not doing it.

Yes, because when it is found out (and IT WILL BE FOUND OUT EVENTUALLY) it will break your girlfriend's (or wife, partner) heart and may never be completely healed again. Why would you want to do that for some meaningless sex with someone that really doesn't mean that much to you???
