The ideal spiritual leader should have the following qualities:
1. He will never take a cent of money from his followers.
2. He will earn his own living and pay his taxes honestly.
3. He will not molest kids and his followers.
4. He will not tell his followers how to conduct their private sexual and reproductive lives.
5. He will be an excellent musician and singer to keep them entertained.
6. If he commits any sexual sin, he will immediately confess it openly before his entire congregation.
7. He will keep his religious beliefs to himself.
8. He will give money wholeheartedly to those who really need it - orphans, old folks, sick people, not to his mistresses.
9. He will not condemn in any way other churches and religions.
10. He will not live a life that is wealthier than his poorest follower.

I guess that disqualifies every religious leader.
