My husband is real concern about his hair. He thinks there is some magic potion out there that is going to help his hair grow. I myself do not think there is anything out there worth you time and money. I have read older men, like my husband, cannot do to much about it. Thanks for your time. Bye!

There are very few options for preventing hair loss but his results will depend on how much thinning he has experienced so far. Once the hair is gone, it is gone for good, regardless of what product you try so the key is to act now before it is too late. To prevent hair loss one must address the causes of it below the scalp (i.e. built-up DHT inside the follicle). The most effective product on the market for preventing hair loss and thickening existing hair is Regenix. Matthew McConaughey credits them with saving his hair.

Your name is Alicia, I wish i knew exactly if you were black, Hispanic, or white. I've known girl's of all races with that name. I am black, therefore the products i am familiar with deal with the growth and care of black women's hair. I've had a lot of friends and relatives compliment Dr. Miracles line. I know other people who use good hair oil such as olive or jojoba or tea tree. I've heard some women compliment Kelechi oil with the use of Shea butter as leave-in conditioner. Personally, Wild Growth hair oil has done miracles to whip my hair into a state of health and growth. There is no magic potion out there. It takes time and TLC to grow your hair. Use good products with fair prices to match. you can't be cheap when trying to take care of your hair and get it to grow. If you are black or have very course hair, wash hair clean every two weeks unless you think it gets dirty and has enough build-up to wash every week. Get trims and cut off split ends every 4-8 weeks. Use deep conditioning or hot oil treatments every 2-4 weeks, or use a leave-in conditioner. Be careful with perms (really only professionals should apply perms). Watch using a lot of products containing alcohol. Limit using heating appliances: Make sure your conditioner or some product you use protects against heat and breakage. If taken care of properly, hair grows about 1/2 inch every month. A few people who take extremely good care of their hair or use some great products might get an inch of growth in certain months.

I'm a stylist and I have seen some really tremendous results with the Nexxus VitaTress Thinning Hair Solutions System. Try and buy the starter kit. It's a non-drug approach that combats all 7 reasons of thinning hair. It comes with vitamins, shampoo, and a scalp cream. Pretty much, it creates the perfect environment on your scalp to grow new hair. My sister's boyfriend has been using it and I can see some peach fuzz starting to grow back. It's really exciting! Give it a try! Nexxus has a money-back guarantee too.

If he is suffering from male pattern baldness then he could try an all natural range of hair loss products like Nisim New Hair Biofactors.

If he just wants to grow normal hair more quickly then he should try FAST hair growth shampoo and conditioner.
