I wouldn't use Gorilla Glue. Yes, it's pretty good stuff, but I would consider using an epoxy made to bond to plastic.
But...wouldn't it be easier to just replace the panel?

I use Gorilla glue, and it foams, and is a little sloppy. It may work, but try this first:
Get the surfaces excellently clean. No dirt, no grease.
Try Crazy Glue, cyanoacrylate. It is clear, and works in quite small amounts, a couple of drops, and bonds an amazing variety of materials! It will look neater!
It only stays open a very short while, so get it right the first time, figure out all of your moves. Although it sets quickly, like any glue, it takes a while to reach full strength, and should be still during this.
It will bond skin, wear rubber gloves.
If you do use gorilla glue, don't forget the glue expands in volume when setting, don't use more than needed, and one edge must be damp to start the glue reaction.

Used the old fashioned way, and forget all the scientific mumbo jumbo about speed glue, gorilla glue, etc. Here is what you do:
Buy two packs of Juicyfruit, chew thoroughly, place wad between the parts that need bonding and voila a great and lasting bond.
How lasting you ask? Go back to your grade school and look under the desks and you will find gum from 20 to 30 years ago.
Lasts forever and cheap too!!!!!

because of the fact earth's gravity is so good, we are waiting to stroll on earth. this is not any longer so good that we die! we are able to stroll forward because of the fact of friction. We push decrease back on earth, and in turn we pass forward (Newton's third regulation). that's noted as strolling.
