Public service aids help assist people when they are filling restraining orders etc. Police service aids generally do like neighborhood patrols.Inform the police when criminal activity is taking place etc. Does this help?

They educate and inform. Do you read the newspaper or watch the news? For those of you who do not there are public service aids.
