Tooo many questions here. Do U use it in your business? Is it used for delivery? Is it driven to work more than 20 miles 1 way? Are U a single male? Are U in school, not in college? Did U have very good grades in Hi. School? U get a discount for being a good student. Have U had any thefts, fire,or other related or suspicious fractions? How much horse power or Liters in the car? Get a smaller motor. Some companies will hi-rate U if U have loud sound system. Do you have an expensive sound system. Is it left on the street over night? Do U have custom paint, wheels, or other items? Change these & it can help. Good luck.

I don't know where GTA is, but I suspected that when you used the word "ministry" that you didn't live in the USA where I'm from.
Here the cost of insurance is higher if you are: single, young, have had accidents, don't pay your bills timely or have reneged on a bill and your credit report looks like heck, have a dishonest insurance company, or own a high priced car or own a car that is prone to theft. I would suspect maybe if you imbibe it might be against you as well.
If you don't owe money on your car anymore you can reduce some of the insurance coverage. If you are a safe driver and haven't had an accident in several years, or have ttaken a drivers education class the rates could be lowered. If your car has the required items such as seatbelts and bags you can get a reduction in insurance premiums.
If none of that helps, check the internet and look for insurance comparison rates in your area.

In Ontario, insurances rates are high. It also depends on your age and experience with automobile/motorcycle.
If you're below 25yrs old, you'll pay more. Under 35 its better, but still high. Once you get over 35, it'll start to get better.
There are also safety courses that you can take in order to bring your rates down.
You can also modify your coverage (higher deductible, one way coverage, etc) that can also bring down your rates.
The type of vehicle also plays a part. Sportbike as opposed to regular or cruiser bike. Or Yaris as opposed to a BMW. :)

well it depends....full coverage or just liability on the vehicle, your age, your sex, the make and model of your vehicle, the year of your vehicle, the mileage on it, is it brand new or used, how long have you had your licenses, your deductable, do you have a lean holder on it....there are many factors. but there is a way to lower your insurance by 10% by taking a course on drunk driving and etc. call your local DMV and see if they can help you on locating the course. the course can also be used to reduce points on your license.
