Check if you look best in gold or silver. That will give you the answer.

It confuses me too! Being a redhead, I've always been advised I was 'warm' and should wear coppery colors. Now I realise I'm 'cool' as my skin has a pink tinge. I would say you are definately warm because you have yellow undertones. I think the reason you look good in cool colors is that you wear the right shades, plus I bet they bring out your eye color. Notice what color you are wearing when someone says you look great in that top or whatever... it's usually what suits you best

If your skin has yellow undertones you have warm coloring. It doesn't matter what clothing colors look good on you. Choose make-up for warm tones. If you have pink undertones, you have cool coloring.
If you can't decide, go to the Prescriptives counter at a dept. store. They will select your exact shade of foundation and tell you what blush, lipstick, etc you should use.

You really need to have a color analysis done and consider your natural hair color (in case you have highlights etc). If you look best in darker colors, you are definetely cool. You can experiment with foundations and blush. Just wear white because that will usually wash you out, then when you put on a cool, or warm, foundation, you will know if it works for you. Then you can try the blush, use one that is obviously cool, or warm, you will know when you look best. Don' t forget about the neutrals. I like the warms personally, but I am a cool but can get by with most neutrals. Good luck and have fun with it.

Only 10% of people actually have warm skin tones, the rest of the population, 90% has cool skin tones. Cool undertones would be like what you have-yellow undertones or green/olive undertones. If you were warm, it would have pink undertones-that doesn't mean pink or redness on your skin.

i would have to see you in person to actually tell... but i did take a fashion class and we learn what our best colors are and our skin tones. hold up a blue satin cloth to your face ( with a white sheet covering your body) and then hold up a sivler cloth... ask someone or decide for yourself which looks best..
