B is A s grandfather/mother in law - the father of A's son is A (obviously) so Bs son would be A's father in law if A married his daughter, and B therefore A's grandfather/mother in law.

None at all. Unless A is divorced from her son's father, then he is a bigamist. If she is divorced, then when her ex-husband remarries, she is not related to anyone in the new wife's family.
A can then legally marry B and so they would be related as husband and wife. Unless B is A's father and her ex-husband married her niece ... I think!
