`I believe that is considered a cash advance. Credit card rules would apply.

Yes you can withdraw from a credit card at a ATM but you need a pin number and you will get charged a higher interest rate on the cash you pull out plus a ATM bank fee.

Yes you need a pin number. However, you can take in to the bank and do a cash advance. You will need to show an Id. Some Credit Cards do have cash advance limit this is usually smaller than your credit limit.
Some truck stops will do cash advances. There are fees you will get with all methods on top of your cash advance.

Most credit cards allow withdrawl from ATM's, but yes you do need a pin number. Call your credit card and set up a pin number. Be aware that you will be charged more than the amount you withdrawl.

Yes, because getting a cash advance from a credit card is a red flag warning that you maybe over extended. That is one of the reasons that I use only a debit card and keep my credit card locked up except for emergencies or once a quarter after being paid off to keep it active. Depending on how the rest of your credit to income ratio is you should be able to explain why you were doing what you were doing and see if they would raise your credit limit again.

Yes you can (if your credit card company allows it) and yes, you need a pin number.
But be careful. The credit card company will start charging you interest the day you withdrawal cash. No grace period!

Yes and Yes! They charge you a lot to do it--the bank and the credit card company so best not rely on that too often.
